Services Offered
Lada Kain provides online and in-person coaching services for relationship development, personal growth, and performance coaching.

Payment Terms
All payments for coaching sessions are due upfront. Fees are non-refundable, and payment options include PayPal, Venmo and wire transfers.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel sessions with a minimum of 2 hours' notice. Sessions may be rescheduled, but no refunds will be issued for missed or canceled sessions.

Intellectual Property
All content provided (worksheets, exercises, videos) is owned by Lada Kain. You may not share, reproduce, or redistribute any materials without permission.

Limitation of Liability
Lada Kain is not responsible for any outcomes or decisions made by clients as a result of coaching. Coaching services are not a substitute for professional therapy or counseling.

Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt an informal resolution. If unsuccessful, mediation will be pursued in the state of Wyoming.
